OUR RACE TEAM
Welcome to the team page — every individual plays a vital role in our team and our preparation. From team owners to bike builds and social media, each person devotes their time and specific expertise to making our team what it is — British Champions.
We have data technicians who can read telemetry, create fuelling maps, adjust engine braking, and much more. Our chassis mechanics are meticulous in everything they do and, above all, prepare the race bikes for optimum performance. We also have ex-British Champions who provide behind-the-scenes VIP tours and dedicated insights into our race team, delivering unrivalled experiences.
Our dedicated social media manager provides individual posts for partners, content creation, graphics, and engagement. We also have tyre technicians monitoring tyre pressures, temperatures, tyre and weather changes, and overseeing TPMS sensors throughout the weekend.
Even in areas you may not be aware of — such as truck cleaning, garage build and setup, bike graphics and wrapping installation, on-site welding, Fairing fibreglassing and machining — we have the team that covers it all.

Sylwia Williams – is joint team owner of Nitrous Competitions Racing team, inc team co-ordination
Hollie Burrows – Team logistics and operations manager for the Nitrous Competitions Racing Team
Ryan Rainey – Crew chief to Glenn Irwin. Ryan will ultimately make all the setup mechanical decisions
Shannon Ethridge – Crew chief to Kyle Ryde. Shannon will ultimately make all the setup mechanical decisions
Jon Boy Lee – Has had a racing pedigree within BSB and will be Glenn’s chassis technician
Paul Conway – Has had a succesfull carreer in BSB and MXGP and will be Glenn’s chassis technician
Darren Barker – Has been working for Kyle for over 5 years and will be Kyle’s chassis technician
Keiren Morley-Payne – Has been a close friend of Kyle and will mechanic for im this season
William Hargreaves – Will be Kyle’s electronic telemetry and fuelling technician
Chris Adams – Will be Glenn’s electronic telemetry and fuelling technician
Tom Stevens will manage all tyre preparation, fitment, pressures and tyre changes for Glenn Irwin

Tommy is rider coach, provides all design, media, social media and marketing management for the team
